We are a Bronx-based voluntary, non-profit, non-sectarian and tax exempt organization, serving a mentally/developmentally challenged population ranging from young adults to senior citizens in a comprehensive continuum of human services.
For over four decades, we have provided residential services consisting of counseling, case management, day treatment/training and vocational services, as well as nutritional, medical/dental, pharmaceutical, occupational/physical therapy, psychological, psychiatry, recreation/social activities, speech pathology/audiology, transportation, and social services.
The responsibilities of the QA/Training Coordinator are to develop, implement, and maintain measurable ongoing quality assurance, performance, and training processes evaluated on a regular basis of the ICF (Intermediate Care Facility), and IRA’s (Individualized Residential Alternative) in the Residential Services Division and Day Habilitation Program Services.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintains a thorough knowledge of Quality Assurance policies and procedures, Quality Improvement processes/protocols, and updates to Federal, State and Local regulations.
